About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Jawa Motorcycles dealership team at Nawab Auto World. The primary goal is to drive motorcycle sales and revenue by delivering exceptional product knowledge, superior customer service, and a memorable buying experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new and pre-owned Jawa Motorcycles.

Initiate contact with walk-in and digital leads, guiding them through the entire sales lifecycle.

Conduct engaging test rides and expertly demonstrate motorcycle features and performance.

Negotiate and finalise sales deals, including upselling accessories, finance, and insurance products.

Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and in full compliance with dealership standards.

Maintain a deep, current knowledge of all Jawa models and competitor offerings.

Requirements

1–3 years of proven success in a direct sales role (Automotive, Motorcycle, or high-value retail preferred).

Strong passion for motorcycling; a valid motorcycle license is highly beneficial.

Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Proven ability to manage a pipeline, prioritize leads, and work toward ambitious targets.

High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
