Job Position: Sr. Manager Patent Drafting & Prosecution

Location: Noida

Job Description:

• Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Patent specification drafting for U.S., E.U. & India Market.
• Efficient in handling Patent Prosecution & Examination Responses.
• Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, organization rules, and the democratic political process.
• Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
• Review invention disclosures and counselling inventors; conduct patentability evaluation, scoping of the inventive subject matter; prepare claims and full patent applications in line with business strategy.
• Analyze competitive patent and non-patent literature to provide insight in a given field of product/technology, including right-to-market (claim mapping and charting) and landscape research.

Educational:

• Registered Patent Agent
• Bachelor's or master's degree or Doctrate (PHD) in Lifescieinces, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical and Computer Science
• Candidates having knowledge of Multidomain will be preferred
• Candidates with a law degree would be preferred

Others:

o Candidates must be having 10-14 years of experience/Knowledge of Patent Drafting and Patent Law

o Oral and written proficiency in English

o Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
