Job Description :
Parijat Packaging is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of our plastic and compostable packaging products. The ideal candidate should have strong cold calling skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate leads and close deals.
- Identify potential customers in retail, food service, e-commerce, and other industries.
- Present and explain packaging solutions to clients, highlighting benefits and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully.
- Maintain a database of leads and update sales records in CRM.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging or related industries.Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Perks & Benefits :
