We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager who thrives in a high-performance, commission-based environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and driving sales for our ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital platforms
- Present and promote Elite Estates’ projects to prospective buyers
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market trends
- Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to align strategies and campaigns
