Job Description : Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern with hands-on experience in Non-IT . The ideal candidate should be familiar with sourcing and screening candidates for bulk and entry-level roles, along with coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process. This role provides solid exposure to high-volume hiring and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Source relevant candidates for Non-IT through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening to evaluate communication skills, job fit, and relevant experience.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accuracy in ATS / recruitment trackers .
Draft and publish job postings for Non-IT.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Support recruitment reporting and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications :
6 months to 1 year of experience specifically in Non-IT recruitment.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage high-volume hiring and multitask efficiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.
