Position : Social Media Manager

Compensation : ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required : Minimum 4 years

Time : 4 PM to 12 AM

About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team full-time at our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies , managing content direction, and driving engagement across multiple platforms.

This role requires a strong blend of creative vision, strategic planning, and analytical skills to ensure our brand presence is impactful, consistent, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter / X, Pinterest, etc.).
• Oversee content direction , ensuring alignment with brand identity, audience preferences, and campaign goals.
• Lead the creation of content calendars, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives .
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to ensure engaging and high-quality content.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.
• Engage with the community through timely responses, interactions, and relationship building.
• Manage paid ad campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing team to maximize ROI.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
