Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Haryana / Rajasthan for a Community Mobilizer. The Community Mobilizer will actively engage with the community and establish effective communication to build relationships, foster awareness about sustainability, and encourage best practices in waste reduction. The role involves organizing events, managing community programs like source segregation, RRR Centre activities, assisting with customer service initiatives, and representing the foundation in public platforms and collaborations. Dedicated to generating social impact, the Community Mobilizer will also ensure the smooth execution of community projects and directly interact with stakeholders to drive meaningful change.

Qualifications

• MSW with 0-1 years Experience in waste management
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to connect and collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and groups
• Experience in Community Engagement and Community Management to support and foster sustainable practices in local settings
• Excellent Communication skills for clear and impactful public speaking, writing, and outreach activities
• Customer Service abilities to address concerns, build trust, and maintain positive relationships
• Organizational and event planning skills are a plus to ensure smooth execution of community-driven events and initiatives
• Ability to inspire behavior change and rally communities toward a shared sustainable vision
