Creation and correction of a simulator scene based on the electronic chart data and with additional data taken into account.Creation and correction of 3D object models (prototypes), placing them in the correct points of the scene.Creation and correction of ship 3D models.Search for additional source data as required.Source data conversion to internal formats.Creating a set of textures needed.Assembly and testing of the simulator scene / simulator ship model.Assist the Lead Developer by :Passing of ready-to-deliver simulator databases statusPreparation of quotations, specifications and fixes.Keeping update the Long term Planning for deliverables and other contract stages of a product lifecycle.Keeping internal reporting systems updated.Keeping the Lead Developer informed about non-compliances occurring in the simulator database production.If required, participating in the meetings and seminars on the subject matter connected with the simulator database production.Testing of the software current commercial version used for the database production and keeping the developers informed about the identified defects.Adhere to internal company and functional policies and procedures.Improvement of own professional competency.Interaction with hubs and end users on technical issues of the simulator database development.Improve Development process for the 3D environment by suggesting new softwares, standards and market practices that change or increase product quality to end users.Other required skills :
- Education : Any graduate degree in 3D Design & software development
- Experience : 2-3 years hands on experience in graphic designing
- Hands on experience on 3DsMAX
- Hands on experience on Adobe Photoshop or any other 2D editor software
- Experience on Low poly 3D modelling (Hard surface), Texturing, UV works
- Candidates with Game engine experience will be preferred.
