As the Associate Program Manager – AI Courses at IIDE, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery, coordination, and operations of IIDE’s Artificial Intelligence programs. This role involves ensuring seamless learner journeys, maintaining academic quality, and contributing to student success through structured processes and data-driven monitoring. You will work closely with trainers, students, and cross-functional teams to uphold high operational and academic standards across AI programs.
Program Coordination & Delivery
- Support the execution and delivery of all AI courses, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate the student lifecycle—onboarding, training, mentoring, and graduation—to enhance the learning experience.
- Monitor CSAT and NPS scores for AI programs and support initiatives to improve student satisfaction and engagement.
- Ensure program timelines, trainer deliverables, and academic schedules are met consistently.
Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal teams and provide support to program operations.Coordinate trainer schedules and facilitate effective communication between internal and external AI faculty.Assist in maintaining cost-efficiency and faculty utilization in alignment with academic goals.AI Curriculum & Trainer Support
Work with AI experts and trainers to support curriculum updates and session material preparation.Assist in organizing guest lectures, masterclasses, and capstone projects with industry professionals.Stay updated on emerging AI technologies (e.G., Generative AI, ML tools, LLMs) to contribute to program relevance.Data Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze student engagement, attendance, completion rates, and learning progress across AI programs.Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting key academic metrics and operational trends.Support data-driven decision-making by identifying areas for improvement and escalating issues as needed.Process Improvement & Operational Support
Follow established KPIs, deliverables, and workflows to ensure consistency in program operations.Support the implementation of automation tools and streamlined processes for trainer management, reporting, and query resolution.Use ticketing systems and CRM platforms to track and resolve student queries promptly.Quality Assurance & Documentation
Ensure accurate maintenance of student data, certification workflows, and documentation across AI courses.Support compliance with institutional and NSDC standards through proper documentation and process adherence.Assist in periodic reviews and audits to maintain quality benchmarks.Event & Community Engagement
Assist in planning and executing academic events such as student orientations, AI hackathons, and convocations.Support community-building initiatives including mentorship sessions, alumni interactions, and networking events.Must-Have
2–4 years of experience in program coordination, academic operations, learning delivery, or related roles, preferably in tech or education sectors.Strong interest in or basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and emerging tech trends.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM tools, LMS platforms, and basic data reporting.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Should Have
Exposure to process improvement or operational tools.Familiarity with AI tools, EdTech platforms, or learning technologies.Experience working with online or hybrid education models.Nice to Have
