Job description

Minimizing Plant break down hours.

Increased Fly Ash absorption. Scheduled clinker, Gypsum or flyash analysis. Grinding aid quality to be checked every week.

Achieve cement production of 2.4 MTPA maintaining quality. To increase TPH. Through process optimization.

Regulating process parameter, flow etc and taking corrective action.

Specific power consumption of PPC.

Thorough Process Optimization.

Corrective action to be taken after reviewing circuit sample results.

Complying safety norms.

Operation & Maintenance of QC Lab activities
