  • Role Overview

    We are seeking a

    • dynamic and growth-oriented Sales Manager
    • to lead both
    • retail and B2B sales operations
    • at our
    • Kodambakkam, Chennai
    • location.
    • This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing retail performance, building client relationships, and

    • expanding business through partnerships with boutiques, fashion stores, and B2B vendors
    • across Chennai. The ideal candidate is self-driven, strategic, and motivated to scale ANSH’s market presence through effective sales leadership.
    • Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage the
    • retail sales team
    • to ensure exceptional customer experience and sales results.
    • Develop and implement
    • sales strategies
    • to achieve business growth targets.
    • Identify, connect, and
    • build long-term partnerships with B2B vendors
    • , boutiques, and fashion stores.
    • Generate
    • new business leads
    • and drive tie-ups to expand brand visibility in the Chennai region.
    • Maintain and enhance
    • client and vendor relationships
    • through consistent engagement.
    • Provide
    • sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
    • to management.
    • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for continuous improvement.
    • Qualifications & Skills
    • Proven experience in
    • Sales Management,
    • Retail Operations, or
    • Business Development
    • (experience in the fashion / apparel industry preferred).
    • Strong
    • B2B networking,
    • lead generation, and
    • negotiation
    • skills.
    • Excellent communication skills in
    • English and Tamil
    • (mandatory).
    • Leadership ability to manage teams and achieve business goals.
    • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in
    • Business Administration, Marketing
    • , or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).

    • Kodambakkam, Chennai
    • Working Hours :
    • 10 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 PM (with 1-hour break)
    • Weekly Offs :
    • 4 paid week-offs per month (not on weekends)
    • Salary :
    • ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month +
