We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, configuring, and delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Recruitment solutions, successfully driving at least 3–4 end-to-end implementations on Recruitment as a primary module.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Recruitment solutions from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
- Configure, test, and deploy Recruitment functionalities (recruitment cycle, requisition approvals, recruiting analytics).
- Engage with business teams to optimize recruitment processes through Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to client HR teams.
Requirements :
3–4 end-to-end implementations in Cloud Recruitment as primary, and at least 2 in secondary HCM modules.Strong experience with candidate management, requisition process, and reporting.Exposure to UK projects preferred with hands-on HR process automation knowledge.Oracle Cloud Learning Consultant
