About the Role
Skill Circle is seeking a sharp and proactive B2B Executive to drive outreach, lead generation, and initial partnership discussions. You will manage the complete B2B process up to the final negotiation stage, after which the Head of Partnerships will step in for commercial closure and signing.
Your role is vital in building a strong pipeline and ensuring that every opportunity reaches the final deal table.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads from colleges, institutes, and corporates.
- Manage end-to-end early B2B cycle : outreach, cold calling, pitching, proposal sharing, and meeting coordination.
- Schedule advanced discussions and provide full lead insights to the Head of Partnerships for final negotiation and closure.
- Build strong initial relationships and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Travel to colleges / corporates for initial meetings, presentations, and tie-up discussions.
- Prepare pre-closure documents : proposals, draft MoUs, partnership outlines.
- Maintain weekly reports on outreach, meeting status, and partnership progress.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of B2B experience in EdTech (mandatory).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong in lead generation, relationship building, and pipeline management.Willing to travel frequently.Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
