Job descriptionDesign and implement agency-specific strategies to scale GTI business across regions. Collaborate with zonal and regional agency heads to align business plans and targets. Drive GTI product penetration across agency branches by enabling Leaders. Monitor and support branch-level execution, ensuring timely activation and conversion of leads. Conduct regular engagement sessions, workshops, and training programs to build GTI product knowledge and selling capabilities. Identify high-potential agents and leaders for focused GTI business development. Ensure all GTI sales through the agency channel adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards Promote ethical selling practices and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Deep understanding of agency distribution models and group insurance products. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and training facilitation skills.
