VP - Strategy & Transformation

Embark on a transformative journey to support the organization as Vice President – Strategy and Transformation. You will be supporting organizational change to meet business goals, guide strategic projects that fuel growth, spark innovation, and improve operations. You will be building strong relationships with stakeholders to help steer the company's future. Excelling in this senior position requires executive presence and the skill to influence top leaders, including those on the India Exco, COO and Functional leadership and Tech Exco and their direct reports.

• Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution. This includes comprehensive planning, resource allocation, risk management, and continuous monitoring to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing guidance and influence to support strategic goals.
• Demonstrate versatility in managing multiple priorities and transforming processes.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation. This includes analysing current procedures, workflows, and systems to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for enhancement. The ability to design and implement streamlined processes that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity is crucial. Understanding key metrics, data analysis, and the impact of process changes on overall business performance is essential.
• Evaluate and oversee the current spend to ensure its in line and within the planned budget.
