Data Science Trainer Intern

who can contribute to our training division — guiding and mentoring aspiring data science professionals.

Role Overview

The

Data Science Trainer Intern

will be responsible for delivering online sessions to students and interns in

US time zones

for 2 hours daily.

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about teaching, mentoring, and communicating complex data science concepts in a simplified manner.

You will work closely with Evoastra's data science team to deliver live sessions, guide project work, and ensure learners gain practical, industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct

interactive live sessions (2 hours daily)

on Data Science, Python, Machine Learning, and related tools.

  • Explain data science concepts in simple, practical terms for beginners.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to interns during their learning journey.
  • Help design and evaluate assignments, projects, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with the Evoastra academic team to improve session quality and content.
  • Maintain session reports and ensure consistent learner engagement.

    • Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of

    • Python

    Pandas

    NumPy

    , and

    Matplotlib / Seaborn

  • Understanding of

    • machine learning algorithms

    EDA

    , and

    data preprocessing

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify and explain technical topics effectively.
  • Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, or tutoring (preferred but not mandatory).

    • Working Hours

  • US Shift (Night Shift)

    • — 2 hours / day
