Rent In Kent is expanding its lettings and sales operations across Kent and South East London. We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Telecaller & Lettings Negotiator to handle property enquiries, conduct online viewings, and convert leads into successful rentals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English fluency, experience working with UK and international clients , and a strong understanding of online property marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Tele-Sales & Customer Engagement :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential tenants and property leads from the UK and abroad.
- Qualify prospects, provide accurate property details, rental terms, and viewing information.
- Build relationships, maintain an active lead pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly letting targets through consistent conversions.
2. Online Marketing & Internet Sales :
Create and post engaging property listings on platforms such as SpareRoom, OpenRent, QuickListerPro, etc.Optimise property adverts with updated photos, videos, and descriptions to boost engagement.Conduct remote property viewings using online tools like Matterport and virtual walkthroughs for international clients.3. Lettings Coordination & Closing :
Manage the entire letting process from enquiry to contract signing.Liaise with property maintenance and operations teams to ensure properties are ready before viewing or move-in.Support tenants through the onboarding process and maintain accurate communication logs.4. Customer Support & Ticket Management :
Attend to customer calls and messages with professionalism and empathy.Create, update, and assign support tickets to internal teams (maintenance, finance, lettings, etc.).Ensure all tenant issues are tracked to resolution within set timelines.5. CRM & Reporting :
Record all leads, calls, and follow-ups in the internal CRM or property management system.Generate periodic reports on performance metrics, conversion ratios, and campaign outcomes.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in tele-sales, customer service, or property lettings , preferably with UK or international clients .Excellent spoken and written English communication.Familiarity with UK property portals (SpareRoom, QuickListerPro, OpenRent etc).Tech-savvy — proficient with Matterport, Google Drive, CRM tools, and ticketing systems.Strong organisational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.Professional, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.Preferred Attributes :
Understanding of the Kent property market and HMO regulations.Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or rental operations .Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with global teams.Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented personality.Compensation & Benefits :
