We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pega Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a Pega Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and Pega technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Pega applications.
Key Responsibilities :
Requirement Gathering : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and requirements for Pega-based applications.
Analysis and Documentation : Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, document functional requirements, and create clear specifications for Pega application development.
Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful implementation of Pega solutions that meet business needs.
Pega Solution Design : Participate in designing Pega applications by providing insights into the best practices, Pega Guardrails, and ensuring scalability and sustainability.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : Facilitate and participate in UAT sessions to validate that the Pega applications meet business requirements and are user-friendly.
Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on Pega technology advancements, industry best practices, and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency of Pega applications.
