Role Description

This is a contract on-site role based in Jaipur for an Agile, Scrum Training Instructor. The Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Day-to-day tasks will include creating instructional materials, conducting training sessions, assessing participant progress, providing feedback, and collaborating with other departments to identify training needs. The Instructor will ensure that the training aligns with the company's overall strategy and that participants gain the necessary skills to implement Agile and Scrum practices effectively.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training & Development and Training
• Proficiency in Instructional Design
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate participants
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Relevant certifications are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
