Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Need to have strong communication skills
  • Need to a be self-starter with a go getter attitude
  • Need to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Provide input and recommendations for best practices
  • Will be involved in ERP Practice building, implementations and support functions of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud activities

Required Skills :

  • Candidate should have a minimum of 9+ years of relevant experience of working in all Oracle SCM Modules namely procurement, inventory, order management
  • Candidate should have minimum of 6+ years of experience of working in Oracle SCM Fusion Solution
  • Should have at least 3 - 4 end-to-end Implementation .
  • Follows standard practices and procedures in delivering solutions with variations in service offerings to meet customer needs.
  • Has good knowledge on the domain and product / technology relevant to the services of the company.
  • Communicates effectively, collaborates and builds rapport with team members and clients.
  • Should be able to manage internal and external stake holders with supervisory guidance
  • Focuses on skill enhancements through self learning and certifications.
  • User Roles, Cutover Planning
  • Analyze and document current business processes, identify areas of improvement, and develop and implement new processes
  • Study customer requirements on Finance process
  • Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes
  • Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement.
  • Suggest best practices to improve business processes.
  • Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Oracle Cloud processes at L3 to L5 levels.
  • Prepare Test Scripts and perform Testing Oracle Cloud functionality & configuration.
  • Impart training to users on Oracle Cloud
