What You’ll Work On :

  • Architect and build scalable backend systems using Node.Js , Express.Js , and modern JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Design and implement RAG pipelines , vector database integrations, and prompt-driven APIs
  • Extract, compare, and generate insights from unstructured insurance documents (PDFs, contracts, tables)
  • Build AI-powered microservices that drive real-time UI experiences
  • Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and AI teams to deliver features end-

to-end

  • Mentor junior developers and lead by example on code quality and architectural

    You’d Be a Great Fit If You :

  • Write clean, modular Node.Js code and design for scalability and reusability
  • Have worked with LLMs (OpenAI or open-source)
  • Understand prompt engineering, chunking strategies, RAG logic, and context

  • Are comfortable with databases like MongoDB , PostgreSQL , and RESTful APIs
  • Think product-first and enjoy working in fast-moving, high-ownership

    Bonus Points For :

  • Experience with LangChain.Js , LLM orchestration frameworks , or prompt- based workflows
  • Previous exposure to insurance , fintech , or document-heavy products
  • Hands-on with AWS / GCP , Docker , CI / CD pipelines , and distributed

  • Interest in event-driven architecture using WebSockets , SSE , or message
