We are seeking talented and creative Graphic Designers to join our dynamic in-house team in Kothrud, Pune. We are hiring for both Junior and Senior levels to support our growing needs.

Requirements

• Experience : We are open to a range of experiences, from recent graduates (0 years) to seasoned professionals (2+ years). Your title and responsibilities will be tailored to your experience level.
• Portfolio : A strong portfolio is mandatory.
• For Junior candidates, we encourage you to include personal, academic, or freelance projects that showcase your skills and creativity.
• For Senior candidates, we expect a diverse portfolio of professional work in social media, branding (logos / packaging), and ideally, architectural graphics.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Senior candidates are expected to have expert-level mastery.
• Design Fundamentals : A solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles. Senior candidates should demonstrate a deep and strategic application of these principles.
• Soft Skills : Strong communication, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines. Senior candidates should also possess strong project management skills and the ability to interpret client briefs independently.
