Job Skills

  • Develop and manage the Business Unit to operate autonomously and profitably
  • Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the Business Unit
  • Build and nurture new corporate accounts
  • Maintain strong client relationships and address any client issues promptly
  • Regularly monitor and manage lead data for optimal performance
  • Achieve sales targets, both in product and revenue, and consistently meet or exceed monthly booking goals within the assigned market / territory
  • Manage credit limits and oversee collection of outstanding payments
  • Strategize and execute marketing plans to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and back-office teams to deliver exceptional service to clients
  • Maintain accurate records, including MIS and productivity reports

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership with excellent people management skills

  • Familiarity with the travel industry is a plus, but not required
