About the Role :
We’re looking for dynamic Sales Leaders to drive new customer acquisition for our AI-driven IT, CX, and Digital Transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, deep industry understanding, and a proven record of closing large enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategy for new client acquisition.
Identify, pitch, and close enterprise deals in targeted domains.
Build and manage a robust pipeline across assigned geographies.
Engage C-level stakeholders and present high-impact CX / AI solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Requirements :
10–20 years of enterprise sales experience in IT / CX / BPO / Digital Solutions.
Proven success in new business acquisition across TTLH / Telecom / Healthcare.
Strong network and client relationships in respective regions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
MBA preferred.
