Key Responsibilities :

🔹 Lead HR strategy across PAN India operations, aligning manpower planning with business growth

🔹 Drive talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and compliance

🔹 Oversee employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives

🔹 Ensure labour law compliance, risk management, and robust HR governance

🔹 Mentor and lead a high-performing HR team to deliver impactful business outcomes

Ideal Profile :

🎓 MBA in Human Resources

💼 13–16 years of experience in Retail / FMCG / QSR / multi-location operations

⚙️ Expertise in IR, compliance, performance management, and business partnering

💡 Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
