Technical Recruiter- Freelance

Role Description

This is a Freelancing role for a Technical Recruiter based in Bengaluru. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The recruiter will be required to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for technical positions, build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and manage the end-to-end hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Technical Recruiting expertise
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus
