Summary : As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities : - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis. - Experience with integration of SAP modules. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information : - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
