Role : Dotnet Developer
Experience : 4 to 7 Years
Current & Preference Location : Hyderabad only
Work Timings : 1 PM to 10 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain custom functions and edit checks using C#.NET, SQL, T-SQL, and LINQ
- Deliver a range of tasks—from simple to highly complex—with minimal supervision
- Work efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines based on weekly capacity planning
- Follow and adopt advanced coding standards to ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability
- Proactively learn and apply company-specific coding practices and development frameworks
- Complete all required training modules in a structured and timely manner
- Collaborate with peers and offer technical guidance when necessary
- Take initiative in resolving challenges and contribute to the team’s continuous improvement
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the team, especially during high-stakes or ambiguous tasks
- Identify potential bottlenecks and propose effective solutions in tough situations
