Business Development Associate / Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Development Associate / Manager to support our international expansion efforts in India . This role is integral to identifying new market opportunities, developing client relationships, and executing outreach strategies that align with Sifr Aromatics' vision as a niche luxury fragrance house based in Singapore.

This position reports to the Director of Sifr Aromatics based in our Singapore HQ. The job will be based in India.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Able to work independently and coordinate with international teams
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Zoho) is an advantage

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM (including 1-hour lunch break). Flexibility may be required for events or meetings outside these hours.

Rest Days : Saturday & Sunday
