Job Description :
As a part of the US Healthcare - Inbound Voice Process, your primary responsibility will be to assist US-based customers with queries related to healthcare insurance. The role demands excellent communication skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and attention to detail.
Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai [Interview will be in Vadodara, Gujarat]
Shift : US Shift (Night Shift)
Weekly Off : Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
Experience : Fresher / Experienced
Salary : Upto ₹ 5LPA
Facility : One way (drop)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from US-based members regarding healthcare insurance, claims, policy details, and coverage.
- Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations.
- Document interactions appropriately and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Resolve customer queries promptly with a customer-first approach.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed.
- Stay updated with system changes, policy updates, and meet quality and productivity targets.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Strong comprehension, analytical, and multitasking abilities.Basic knowledge of business writing and email etiquette.Customer service-oriented with polished soft skills.Not pursuing any full-time educational course.Comfortable with Work From Office and Night Shifts.Willing to relocate within Transport Boundary (if outstation).Must carry original Aadhar Card and PAN Card.Interview Process :
