Designation : Customer Relationship Officer / Sr. Customer Relationship Officer

Location : Noida Sec 16 (A 12-14 A block sector 16 Noida UP 201301)

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (10 AM to 7 PM)

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan offerings.
• Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and application process.
• Collect and verify basic customer information for eligibility checks.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners to ensure a smooth loan process
