Oracle Service Cloud Lead

• Should have minimum 7+ yrs of experience.
• Lead design and discovery workshops for Oracle CRM (Service Cloud) applications.
• Define and manage the overall archiving and decommissioning strategy.
• Oversee the extraction of Oracle CRM data and components for migration or archival.
• Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and data integrity.
• Strong experience in Oracle Service Cloud and CRM architecture.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale decommission or migration projects.
• Expertise in Oracle data extraction, archiving, and compliance processes.
