Job description0–2 years of experience in Online Quantitative Market Research. Fair understanding of research methodologies, online sampling, and panel management tools (API / DIY platforms) would be an add on. Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in managing project dashboards, client communications, and internal reporting. Ability to interpret data accurately and provide insights in client-facing discussions. Willingness to work in US (EST-PST) time zone.

🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project management for online quantitative research studies—from kick-off to delivery.
- Maintain active and effective communication with clients, ensuring their objectives are met and expectations exceeded.
- Monitor live dashboards, project metrics, and timelines, taking proactive actions to resolve issues or delays.
- Implement and oversee sampling strategies that align with client goals and project feasibility.
- Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently achieved across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Deliver actionable insights and high-impact recommendations based on research outcomes.
- Support invoicing and client follow-ups, ensuring smooth project closures and documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
