Job Summary :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and HR administration. This internship offers valuable exposure to HR operations within the real estate industry and provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
Help maintain employee records and assist with data entry in HR software.
Assist in preparing and updating HR-related documents such as policies, job descriptions, and performance evaluations.
Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Help coordinate training programs and workshops for employee development.
Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with HR initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior internship experience in HR or administration is a plus, but not required.
A genuine interest in HR and the real estate industry.
