Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce HealthCloud Functional Consultant to work with a leading healthcare client. The consultant will drive requirements gathering, solution design, and client education , ensuring alignment of HealthCloud capabilities with healthcare business needs.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct client workshops to gather and document requirements.
• Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.
• Configure Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient / Provider data models, and workflows.
• Act as subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features .
• Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
• Train client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.
