About the Opportunity

Our client is disrupting the way businesses and retail consumers buy construction materials through a nationwide digital marketplace. Fast, accurate quotations are the heartbeat of their growth. As the Pricing Manager, you'll own the entire RFQ-to-Quote cycle, sync with cross-functional teams, and protect margins while accelerating revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse RFQs from sales and web leads, pull live supplier rates, apply approved margin matrices, and issue client-ready quotations within 24 hours (4 hours for express deals).
• Liaise daily with Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to confirm material costs, freight, GST, and credit terms.
• Track quote-to-order conversion, margin variance, and turnaround times; present weekly pricing insights to leadership.
• Maintain master price sheets, freight slabs, and GST / HSN tables in ERP / CRM; automate quotation templates and data flows (Excel, PowerQuery, macros).
• Resolve customer queries, negotiate extras (cutting, bundling, unloading), and ensure compliance with BIS standards, GST regulations, and internal approval limits.
