Job description

We are looking for a skilled Web Development Lead with deep expertise in WordPress , Webflow , and React to lead our web development projects from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical ability with creative problem-solving and leadership skills to deliver high-performing, visually stunning digital experiences.

As a Full Stack Development Lead, you will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and developers to build responsive, scalable, and user-centric websites and web applications while maintaining high code quality and development standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the planning, architecture, and implementation of web development projects using WordPress , Webflow , and React .
  • Develop and customize WordPress themes , plugins , and Webflow websites to meet design and functional requirements.
  • Build dynamic and interactive front-end interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Ensure websites are responsive , fast-loading , and optimized for SEO and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to translate UX / UI designs into pixel-perfect, functional websites.
  • Manage and mentor junior developers, reviewing their code and promoting development best practices.
  • Oversee version control using Git and manage deployments through CI / CD pipelines or hosting platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, compatibility, and security issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end and CMS technologies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience developing and managing WordPress and Webflow projects end to end.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 , and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs , GraphQL , and third-party integrations .
  • Solid understanding of responsive design , cross-browser compatibility , and performance optimization .
  • Experience managing Git repositories and implementing code review and deployment workflows .
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Familiarity with Next.js or Node.js for full-stack capabilities.Understanding of Webflow CMS API and WordPress REST API .
  • Experience with Figma-to-Webflow or Figma-to-React workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps , hosting environments , and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, etc.).
  • Prior experience leading a small development team or agency projects.
