Sales Executive – IT Services (Bangalore)
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in our IT services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a wide range of technology solutions, including IT infrastructure services, digital transformation solutions, cloud services, AI / ML offerings, managed IT services, ERP / LMS platforms, digital content solutions, cybersecurity services, and application development . The role requires close coordination with the technology team. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across assigned industries and markets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, key decision-makers, and IT leadership teams.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions; prepare proposals and present them to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date sales reports, pipeline status, and CRM records.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT services sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Excellent client relationship and account management skills.Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.Professional and positive personality with strong spoken and written English skills.
