Global Learning & Development (L&D) Manager

Own our global learning ecosystem frameworks, curriculum, platforms, and forums to upskill employees and leaders and drive measurable performance.

Responsibilities

• Build a global L&D framework aligned to business goals, competencies, and career paths.
• Create an annual learning roadmap with budget and KPIs.
• Design and deliver blended programs (onboarding, role excellence, manager / leadership, compliance).
• Launch and scale employee development forums (communities of practice, manager circles, lunch & learns, peer pods).
• Administer LMS / LXP;ensure accessibility and multilingual / localized content.
• Establish content governance and version control.
• Track impact (completion, engagement, L1–L4, time-to-proficiency); publish quarterly dashboards.
• Partner with Legal / HR for mandatory training and audit-ready records.
• Manage vendors and internal facilitator bench.
