Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and creating business strategies. The role will also include preparing presentations, negotiating contracts, and working closely with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Proficient in client prospecting through cold calling and personal meetings
• Skills in Market Research, Business Strategy Development, and Negotiation
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of the architectural and construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
