Zscaler Proxy, ZIA , ZPA, ZCC, ZDX, DLP

Good-to-Have

Firewall, VPN, NAC

ZIA :

Manage, configure, and support ZIA policies, web filtering, URL categorization,firewall and SSL inspection.

Troubleshoot internet access, authentication, application access, and performance issues.

Handle escalations related to content filtering, SSL decryption, and bandwidth control.

ZPA :

Configure and maintain ZPA policies, application segments, and connectors.

Troubleshoot ZPA connectivity issues, including App Connector failures and segment misconfigurations.

Provide advanced troubleshooting for TCP / UDP connections through ZPA tunnels.

Collaborate with application teams for new ZPA onboarding and testing

Monitor and optimize ZPA performance and resource utilization.

Integrate ZPA with third-party identity providers for secure Zero Trust Access

DLP :

Configure Zscaler DLP policies to protect sensitive data across ZIA and ZPA

Monitor DLP alerts, incidents, and generate reports for compliance audits.

Analyze false positives / negatives and fine-tune DLP rules

Collaborate with compliance and data governance teams on DLP strategies.

DLP :

Configure Zscaler DLP policies to protect sensitive data across ZIA and ZPA

Monitor DLP alerts, incidents, and generate reports for compliance audits.
