About the Role

We are hiring an  ETL & Tableau Data Engineer  for a full-time, permanent remote role. This role requires strong expertise in  both ETL and Tableau  to ensure seamless, end-to-end data operations. You will build scalable pipelines, optimize SQL queries, prepare Tableau-ready datasets, and maintain the overall health of our data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain  ETL processes  across multiple data sources
• Build, optimize, and tune  complex SQL queries  for analytics, reporting, and dashboard performance
• Develop and maintain  data warehouse solutions , ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with BI and analytics teams to ensure  data readiness for Tableau dashboards
• Support Tableau backend needs including  data modeling, extracts, joins, and performance optimization
• Troubleshoot and resolve  data pipeline and ETL issues  for uninterrupted data flow
• Implement  data governance standards, documentation practices , and data security protocols
