[Immediate Start] SAP Lead

Role : SAP Basis Lead

Experience : 6 – 8 Years

Location : Mumbai / Chennai / Bangalore

• Lead and manage the SAP Basis team across implementation, upgrades, migrations, and support
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S / 4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, etc.)
• Manage SAP landscape design, system copies, refreshes, client administration, and transport management
• Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of SAP systems and databases
• Collaborate with functional, development, infrastructure, and security teams for smooth operations
• Lead SAP upgrades, patching, kernel updates, OS / DB migrations, and HANA database management
• Implement and enforce SAP Basis governance, standards, and security controls
• Provide root cause analysis and resolution for complex system issues
• Plan and execute disaster recovery and backup strategies
• Mentor, coach, and guide junior Basis consultants
