Position : Senior Interior Designer for a well known construction firm

Location : Ernakulam (Cochin), Kerala

Salary : 6 LPA+ Performance-based incentives

Working Hours :

Monday to Friday : 9 : 15 AM – 5 : 45 PM
Saturday : 9 : 15 AM – 1 : 45 PM

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a strong creative vision and practical design execution skills. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects from concept to completion while ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop innovative interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and project goals.

Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and presentations using AutoCAD and other design tools.

Collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and quality standards.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Oversee project timelines, ensuring timely completion within budget.

Conduct site visits and coordinate with execution teams as required.

Qualifications & Skills :

Diploma in Interior Design (mandatory).

8–10 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably in residential or commercial projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D Design & Drafting) and MS Office.

Strong knowledge of current design trends, materials, and color schemes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Compensation :

Salary : ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Incentives : Performance-based incentives offered
