We are looking for dynamic HR professionals to manage key HR generalist functions, including performance appraisal, training & development, new joining and induction, employee engagement, MIS and analytics and exit management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes and be able to implement initiatives that enhance employee performance and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities :

Assist in organizing in-house training sessions, workshops, and faculty development programs.

Planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and cultural events.

Manage / Support the day-to-day operation of HRMS (attendance, leave tracking, data updates).

Generate routine reports (e.g., monthly attendance or leave summaries) as needed.

Coordinate exit processes, including clearance forms, ID card return, and final documentation.

Handle routine employee queries regarding leave, policies, and procedures.

Ensure timely communication of HR notices, updates, and circulars.

Assist in organizing HR files, forms, and documentation for audits or internal use.

Manage the new joining and induction process and documentation

Manage the inter-department coordination for operational issues

Qualifications & Skills :

MBA / PGDM in HR or related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist functions, preferably in an educational or service-oriented sector.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance.
