Functional Business Analyst [11 / 10 / 2025]

Denave is looking for a Business Analyst, who has ability turn data into knowledge to deliver best possible solutions to our clients. Who can work across large datasets, automate reporting workflows, and convert raw data into actionable insights.

Job Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering : Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements using structured techniques.
• Should have experience in client interactions
• Needs Assessment : Analyse business challenges and opportunities to identify and prioritize needs across projects.
• Insight Derivation : Translate business understanding into actionable insights using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Ability to identify actionable insights by analysing data in respect to the business focus / needs.
• Ability to interpret Data insights to the respective stakeholders o Manage marketing and sales campaign analytics and provide performance visibility
• Process Adherence : Monitor and ensure compliance with established business processes, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Business Analysis : Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to support decision-making and solution design.
• Perform hands-on analysis of large volumes of data and across multiple datasets
• Support ad-hoc analysis and requests from business units and leadership
