Job descriptionLead the extraction of data from legacy systems, ensuring data quality and integrity. Utilize SAP Data Migration Cockpit to transform, validate, and load data into SAP S / 4HANA or other SAP environments . Customize migration objects using Migration Modeler and Wrapper Functional Modules as needed. Manage and guide the technical data migration team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to project goals. Work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure smooth integration. Provide training and support to team members on SAP Data Migration Cockpit tools and processes. Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Address and resolve data discrepancies or errors promptly. Develop and maintain documentation, including mapping sheets and migration logs. Act as the primary point of contact for data migration activities, providing regular updates to project stakeholders. Present progress reports, risks, and mitigation strategies to leadership teams. 10+ years of work experience in SAP S / 4HANA environments is highly desirable. Proven experience in SAP Data Migration with hands-on expertise in SAP Data Migration Cockpit. Strong understanding of data migration processes, including extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL). Proficiency in customizing migration objects using tools like Migration Modeler and Wrapper Functional Modules. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices. Familiarity with SAP tools such as LSMW or other data migration utilities. Experience in managing large-scale data migration project
