About The Role

There is a need within QSC Finance to have a role managing all Financial Systems in Quality & Supply Chain which is responsible to provide expert Subject Matter advice to sites on Management Reporting (e.g. ONEPLAN SIERA, ePIP, Bison), Manufacturing ERP Systems (SAP / MERP), reporting automatization as well as optimizing systems and provide change management within Haleon. This role will report into the Global Supply Chain Finance Reporting, Process and System Director within the QSC Controller group.

The QSC Financial Systems Manager will be responsible for managing & supporting the SIERA SAP system & ONEPLAN, which collects, collates and reports management data for Quality & Supply Chain Finance.

This role is responsible for driving improvements in QSC Finance platforms by enhancing efficiency, content, and quality of analytical data reporting. Leveraging technologies such as Lumira and Power BI, and supporting Haleon's finance transformation and robotics initiatives, the role promotes standardization and best practices across site networks and central teams.

Key duties include ensuring the improvement and compliance of MERP / SAP financial processes, collaborating with SMAS team leads to implement automation and reporting standards, and advancing analytics for better decision-making and performance management. The role also seeks opportunities to improve SIERA's effectiveness and its integration with other QSC Finance systems, supports global cross-stream projects, the annual standard costing exercise, and ensures financial system and reporting compliance.

MUST Haves

• Cost / Chartered Accountant or CIMA and ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA. Accounting background, planning data and forecasting data.
• Hands on exposure to Financial QSC management reporting. Systems exposure to SAP MERP, ONEPLAN, SIERA and ePIP systems, analytical tools like (SAC, Lumira, Power BI, AO) etc.
