Description :

We are seeking an experienced WalkMe Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing WalkMe solutions, enhancing user experiences, and driving user engagement through effective digital adoption strategies.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement WalkMe solutions to enhance user experience on our web applications.
Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to understand user flows and create

effective WalkMe content.

Analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement and create targeted WalkMe campaigns to drive engagement.

Maintain and optimize existing WalkMe content to ensure it is up-to-date and effective.

Provide training and support to team members on WalkMe best practices and features.

Skills and Qualifications :

4 -10 years of experience in developing WalkMe applications or similar digital adoption platforms.

Strong understanding of user experience design principles and the ability to translate them into WalkMe solutions.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies relevant to WalkMe

development.

Experience with analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of WalkMe campaigns and user

engagement.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
