Job Description :

Successful candidate will need to have :

Demonstrated strong system design skills
Excellent technical presentation skills
Ability to manage and deliver ambitious and cutting edge software projects
Ability to manage senior developers (initially), and mix of engineers and managers (as team grows)
Current knowledge of Agentic AI technologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

Following skills will be a plus :

Current coding skills with knowledge of design patterns and idiomatic usage of Go, Java or Python

Prior exposure to SIP, WebRTC

Prior experience with early or mid stage startups

Postgraduate degree is a plus
